At Farms to Skin, your satisfaction means everything to us. As our products are handcrafted using essential oils grown and extracted on our own farm, we maintain the highest standards of quality and purity. However, due to the nature of skincare and hygiene, please read the following carefully:
✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if:
• The product was damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item
• The product is leaking or unusable upon delivery
To be eligible, you must:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
• Provide unboxing video or photo evidence
• Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:
• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes
• Products returned without prior approval from our team
💳 Refund Process
• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
🔁 Replacement
In case of damaged or incorrect delivery, we offer free replacement of the same product within 7 days of verification.

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
📦 Return Shipping
In approved cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share instructions for safe return. Please ensure the package is sealed and intact.
